Slip/Trip & Fall - $250,000.00 for the victim of a slip and fall on ice.   Plaintiff was walking the parking lot of an office building on her way to work when she caused to slip and fall on ice that was never properly treated.  As a result of the fall, the Plaintiff sustained an elbow fracture. The Defendants’ insurance company settled this matter prior to trial through mediation.
